Nymphs

Mural part of the Dragon's Gate wall. I was asked, along with Ale Senso, Dare Hood and Alessandro Rudello, to create a big mural in order to foster urban regeneration through art and boost community engagement of Arcella, a multicultural neighbourhood of Padua.
The mural was inspired by the legendary Longmen (Dragon Gate), situated at the top of a waterfall cascading from the mountains. The story tells that if a carp could swim and then leap the falls of the Yellow River at the Dragon Gate it would be transformed into a dragon. Inspired by this, we painted a circular transformation from pure nymphs into a mighty dragon. Nothing is still, everything changes and every person who makes the effort to swim upstream can turn into a dragon and achieve his dreams and life goals.
